Plate Heat Exchanger (Water-To-Water)
Brazed plate heat exchangers are models, which use two fluids to transfer heat through a series of thin plates corrugated with stainless steel. The plates are arranged in non-intersecting channels of fluid flow to exchange heat, and are brazed and compressed together with nickel or copper construction. They have high thermal efficiency and resist pressure and corrosion. Use them in domestic water heating, hydraulic oil cooling, hydronic heating, and in wort and beer chilling.
