1K Ohms @ 70 Deg F Balco RTD The plastic enclosure strap on configuration has a sensor potted to the back side of a copper plate and a foam pad creates compression when the strap worm drive is tightened. The final result is a good thermal transfer with pipes that range from 2 to 5 inches in diameter. Please note that the plastic enclosure is rated to 140 degrees F. For higher temperature applications, the -GD enclosure option is recommended. ACI Strap on temperature sensors are designed for HVAC or Building Automation Systems. Specific applications include: chillers, hot water systems, tanks, and boilers.
